Similarly, Cypriot wind power consumption is expected to remain steady at zero exajoules through 2028, unchanged from 2023 levels. Since 2016, the demand has shown no variation. In the 2023 consumption rankings, Cyprus was again 27th, with Luxembourg just ahead at zero exajoules. The United Kingdom, Spain, and France also dominated this ranking, taking the second, third, and fourth positions.
