Ethiopia is set to become the world's 32nd-largest importer of gas turbines by 2026, with annual imports reaching $727m. This is an increase of 4.1% year on year, compared to the 7.8% growth experienced since 2005. The Czech Republic was the world's largest importer in 2021, with imports totalling $570.5m. This was followed by the UK, France and Singapore, which held the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places respectively.
