Belgium is set to reach a total of $4.3 billion in gas turbine exports and imports by 2026. This is an increase of 2.9% year on year from 2021. In 2021, Belgium was ranked 16th in gas turbine exports and 17th in gas turbine imports. Russia led the way in exports with $1.9 billion, while South Korea took the lead in imports with $1.8 billion. France, Singapore and Germany were the second, third and fourth-highest in exports, while the United Kingdom, France and Singapore were second, third and fourth-highest in imports. Since 2004, Belgian gas turbine exports have increased by 9% year on year, while imports have grown by 3.4% year on year.
