Egypt's polyamide exports are expected to reach around 73,000 kilograms by 2026 – a 3% rise from 2021's figure of 60,000 kilograms. Since 2002, the country's supply has increased by almost 50%. In 2021, Egypt was ranked 46th, with Morocco one place higher at 60,000 kilograms. The US, Italy and the Netherlands occupied the next three spots. Imports of the same product are estimated to hit 3.4 million kilograms in 2026 – a rise of 2.7% from 2021's 2.8 million. Since 1999, demand has increased 12.6%. Egypt was ranked 35th in 2021, with Singapore ahead at 2.8 million kilograms. China, India and the US were the next three countries in the ranking.
