Demand for Salvadorean polyamides is set to reach 924,960 kilograms by 2026, according to a year-on-year growth rate of 1.4%. Since 1999, the country's demand has grown at a rate of 3.8% annually. In 2021, Pakistan surpassed the country with 839,000 kilograms, making Salvadore number 56 on the list. China, India and the United States ranked second, third and fourth respectively. In 2019, Salvadorean polyamides exports totalled 32,710 kilograms, up 519% from 5,290 kilograms in 2018. Since 1999, exports have increased by 180.8% year on year. The country ranked 54th in 2019, with the Philippines taking the lead at 32,710 kilograms. The United States, Italy and the Netherlands followed in second, third and fourth place.
