Honduran polyamides imports are predicted to fall by 20.9% over the next five years, from 4,700 kilograms in 2021 to 1,310 kilograms in 2026. Since 1999, the country has experienced a 24.4% year-on-year decrease. In 2021, Honduras was ranked 107th in the world for polyamides imports, overtaken by Moldova with 4,700 kilograms. China, India and the United States were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Polyamides exports from Honduras increased dramatically in 2017, rising from 150 kilograms in 2016 to 646.38 kilograms. This was an increase of 330.9% compared to the previous year.
