In 2021, Cameroon was ranked 109th in the world, with Honduras ahead of it at 3,210 kilograms. China, India and the United States occupied the second, third and fourth spots respectively. Meanwhile, Cameroonian supply of polyamides is expected to dip 0.7% to 40.48 kilograms by 2026. Since 2002, the country's output of the material has grown 9.5% year on year. In 2021, Cameroon was ranked 80th globally, with Mozambique surpassing it at 41.8 kilograms. The US, Italy and the Netherlands were the second, third and fourth biggest suppliers respectively.
