Ghana's polyamides import rose significantly in 2018. The country imported 11,200 kilograms of the material, up 156% from the 4,370 kilograms in 2017. This year-on-year increase since 2001 is 16%. Mozambique overtook Ghana in the rankings, importing 11,200 kilograms in 2018. The top four countries in terms of polyamides imports were China, India, the United States and Ghana.
