Nepalese polyamide imports are on the rise. By 2026, they are expected to reach nearly 40,000 kilograms, a 3.3% year-on-year growth since 2021. Since 2014, demand in Nepal has increased by 1.2% annually. In 2021, Nepal was placed 95th in the ranking of polyamide imports, with 32,270 kilograms. Barbados was ahead in the list at the same figure. China, India and the United States followed in second, third and fourth place on the list, respectively.
