This constitutes a significant increase, particularly in the last two years where year-on-year growth rates were 9.65% in 2022 and 8.66% in 2023. Over the last five years, the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) averaged 8.31%, underscoring robust growth. Looking ahead, from 2024 onwards, forecasts predict continued expansion with expected growth rates averaging 5.25% per annum, culminating in 1,090 units by 2028, equating to a forecasted growth of 29.17% over this period.
