Central African pulp production is expected to top 1,100 metric tons by 2026, up from 1,000 metric tons in 2021. On average, supply has remained stable since 2008. In the 2021 ranking, Central African Republic was number 128, with East Timor coming in first with 1,000 metric tons. Canada, the United States and Chile followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively. Central African pulp imports are projected to reach 1,090 metric tons by 2026, up from 875 metric tons in 2021. This would mean a 3.5% year-on-year compound annual growth rate since 2008. In the 2021 ranking, Central African Republic placed 108th, with Nepal surpassing the country with 875 metric tons. The United States, Germany and Italy were second, third and fourth, respectively.
