Burmese Cigar Export is set to soar, with an average growth rate of 3.5% per year. In 2021, Myanmar topped the rankings with 14,773,000 kilograms of exports, a 192.6% year-on-year increase since 2015. The Dominican Republic came in at second place, followed by Nicaragua and Germany. In stark contrast, Burmese Cigar Imports plummeted to 44.96 kilograms in 2018, a 94.7% decrease from 845.49 kilograms in 2017. Since 2015, Burmese demand has dropped by a total of 35.7%.
