Kuwait's cigar import is forecast to grow steadily over the next few years. By 2026, it is expected to reach 50,550 kilograms - a 3.6% average annual growth from 40,730 kilograms in 2021. Since 2005, demand for cigars in Kuwait has grown by an average of 14.5% each year. In 2018, the country ranked 82nd in terms of cigar imports, with Ecuador coming in ahead at 96 kilograms. Myanmar, Nicaragua and Germany followed at 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively.
