The export of Emirati cigars is set to reach 1.4 million kilograms by 2026, a 58.2% increase since 2012. In 2021, the country ranked 11th, with Spain overtaking with 1.1 million kilograms. Myanmar, Nicaragua and Germany respectively ranked second, third and fourth. In 2018, the import of Emirati cigars reached 560,840 kilograms, up 10.9% from the previous year.
