Consumption of Icelander pork is forecast to remain steady, at 7 thousand metric tons, between 2021 and 2026. This follows a period of stability since 2017, when the country was ranked 114th in the world. Belize overtook Iceland in 2021, with 7 thousand metric tons, while the United States, Russia, and Vietnam took the top three spots.
