The Solomon Islands are projected to have a pork production of almost 11,000 heads by 2026. This number is relatively unchanged from 2021, when it was 10,910 heads. Since 1966, supply has barely budged. In 2018, the Solomon Islands consumed around 3,000 metric tons of pork. This is marginally higher than the 3,000 metric tons consumed in 2017.
