Kyrgyz beef consumption is predicted to remain steady, reaching 87,700 metric tons by 2026. This is a decrease of 0.1% compared to 2021. Conversely, Kyrgyz beef production is set to rise 0.4% in the same period, reaching 107,730 metric tons. This puts the country at 69th in the global ranking, with Zimbabwe in the lead at 105,170 metric tons. Brazil, China and Argentina were the next three countries in the ranking.
