Year-on-year, Dominican supply has been decreasing since 1966, by an average of 8.5%. According to 2021 data, the Dominican Republic is the 87th largest producer of beef, ranking behind Serbia with 59,380 metric tons, and ahead of Brazil, China and Argentina, which rank 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
