Key Market Indicators
Polish beef consumption is predicted to remain at 10,000 metric tons over the next five years, showing no change on average since 2017. Polish beef production, however, is forecast to increase 1.6% annually over the same time period, rising from 590,090 metric tons in 2021 to 647,850 metric tons in 2026. This would make Poland the 21st largest producer of beef in the world, following Uruguay, Brazil, China, and Argentina.
