An estimated 16,770 metric tons of beef are expected to be produced by 2026, representing a 1.3% growth from the 15,550 metric tons produced in 2021. Since 1966, production has increased by an average of 1.9% year on year. The country was ranked 122nd in 2021, with Burundi leading the way with 15,550 metric tons. Brazil, China and Argentina came in second, third and fourth respectively.
