Yemen's beef consumption is set to reach 114,470 metric tons by 2026, down slightly from 115,000 metric tons this year. Demand has fallen by 0.9% annually since 2017. Yemen's beef production will decrease 1.4% each year to reach 60,130 metric tons by 2026. This is down from 65,240 metric tons in 2021, when the country was ranked 85th in the world. Honduras overtook Yemen this year, with Brazil, China and Argentina following in second, third and fourth place respectively.
