Vodka consumption is set to increase steadily over the next five years. According to a market report, it is forecasted to reach €86.9 million by 2026. This marks an average 1.3% year-on-year growth since 2020, when demand rose by 2.2%. Germany, Spain, and Romania are the top three countries in the ranking. Romanian vodka sales are predicted to reach 3.4 million liters of pure alcohol by 2026. This is a slight decrease of 2.7% compared to 2021's figures of 3.9 million liters. Since 2005, the Romanian market has grown by 1% year-on-year. The country placed 11th in 2021, with Bulgaria coming in at number one with 3.9 million liters. France, Germany, and Italy were the second, third, and fourth-placed countries respectively.
