Demand for vodka jumped by 1.2% year on year. Germany, Spain and Romania were the largest markets for vodka consumption in 2021, taking second, third and fourth place respectively. Slovak vodka sales are expected to reach 6.7 million liters of pure alcohol by 2026, rising at an average rate of 1.3% year on year. Since 2003, the Slovak market has grown by an average of 4.4% each year, coming in ninth place in 2021. Lithuania was the largest market, with 6.1 million liters of pure alcohol sold. France, Germany and Italy followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
