Ghana's olive oil consumption increased significantly in 2018, reaching 1,000 metric tons. This was up from 2017, when the country consumed 1,000 metric tons of the product. Ukraine overtook Ghana to take 63rd place in the global ranking, with 1,000 metric tons. Spain, the United States, and Greece respectively came in second, third and fourth.
