Since 2017, the demand for olive oil in the country has grown by an average of 1.5% annually. In 2021, Saudi Arabia was the 16th largest consumer of olive oil, with Tunisia ranking ahead at 23,000 metric tons. Spain, the United States and Greece were the top three consumers, respectively.
