Average demand has remained stable since 2017, with the country ranked 28th in 2021, just behind India's 10,000 metric tons. Spain, the United States and Greece held the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spots respectively. Production of Albanian Olive Oil is set to reach 16,200 metric tons by 2026, an average annual growth of 3.2%. Since 1966, supply has increased by 5.9% each year. Albania held 18th position in 2021, just ahead of Libya's 13,330 metric tons. Greece, Italy and Tunisia held the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spots respectively.
