Since 2019, the demand for wine in the Philippines has been on the rise, increasing by an average of 1.3% year over year. In the global ranking for 2023, the Philippines stands at number 58, having been overtaken by Cyprus, which also registered consumption at around 16,000 metric tons. Leading the global rankings are France, the United States, and Italy, occupying the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively.
