In 2021, the country ranked 10th in the world, with exports of $38 million. Australia, Italy, Spain and Singapore came in ahead at the top of the list. Latvian sparkling wine imports are poised to reach $52 million by 2026, growing at a rate of 3.1% per year since 2021. Last year, the country ranked 26th, with imports of $43 million. New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Japan and Germany came in ahead, occupying the top four positions. Since 1999, Latvian demand for sparkling wine has increased 8.9% annually.
