Meanwhile, imports of sparkling wine to the Czech Republic are expected to reach around $43 million by 2026, a 3.2% growth from 2021. Since 1998, the country has seen an 11% year-on-year rise in demand. In 2021, South Africa was placed at number 28, with imports to the Czech Republic at $35 million. The United Kingdom, Japan and Germany were ranked numbers two, three and four respectively.
