Mongolian mushroom production is on the rise. It is expected to reach 347 metric tons by 2026, up 1.5% annually. Since 2006, there has been a year-on-year increase of 1.1%. Mongolia ranked 58th in 2021, with Armenia ahead of it at 317 metric tons. Japan, the United States and Poland followed in the rankings as the top three countries.
