Singapore's mushroom production is set to increase by nearly 30% over the next five years. In 2021, the country produced 132 metric tons and ranked 61 in the world. Tunisia overtook Singapore at that time. Japan, the US and Poland ranked 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Since 2008, Singapore's mushroom production has grown by an average of 3.4% year-on-year and is now estimated to reach 161.1 metric tons by 2026.
