The country has seen a steady eight percent increase in supply since 1966. In 2021, Cypriot mushrooms ranked 45th in the world. Bosnia and Herzegovina led the pack with 1,060 metric tons. Japan, the United States and Poland followed in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, respectively.
