Demand for processed fish in Luxembourg is set to rise 1.5% year-on-year to reach 969,300 kilograms by 2026. This growth rate has been steady since 2004, when it was 3.3%. The United Arab Emirates came in first in 2021 with 883,380 kilograms, followed by Italy, France and Spain. The supply of processed fish from Luxembourg is also set to increase, reaching 334,150 kilograms by 2026 at a rate of 1.8% year-on-year. Since 2004, the supply has decreased by 0.6%. Bosnia and Herzegovina topped the 2021 rankings with 298,710 kilograms, trailed by Thailand, Slovenia and Spain.
