Since 1999, however, French demand has decreased 5.1% on average each year. French Oyster Export is also projected to grow, with a yearly average of 1.8% from 2021 to 2026. By 2026, exports are anticipated to reach 13.8 million kilograms, 3.4% higher than in 1999.
