British Oyster exports are set to reach 1.5 million kilograms by 2026, increasing 0.9% each year. Since 1998, however, exports have gone down by 3.3% annually. In contrast, imports have decreased dramatically between 2017 and 2018, dropping from 95 thousand kilograms to just 36 thousand, a 62.2% decrease. Since 1998, imports have dropped by nearly 40%.
