Since 2012, demand for lobster in Montenegro has increased by 7.8% each year. In 2021, Montenegro was ranked 43rd in terms of lobster consumption. Finland, the highest ranked country, consumed 5,020 kilograms of lobster. China, South Korea and Italy were ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
