In 2021, Brazil was ranked 49th in the world, behind the Philippines at 81,840 kilograms. Belgium, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago were ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Demand for Brazilian bitumen has also decreased significantly since 1994, falling by 30.4% annually. In 2018, Brazil was ranked 104th in the world, behind Bahrain at 134,230 kilograms. Egypt, Oman and Canada were ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
