Italian Bitumen exports are set to reach 16 million kilograms by 2026, an increase of 1.3% per year on average since 2021. In 2021, Italy ranked 11th, with 14.4 million kilograms, just behind Iran. Belgium, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago took the next three spots. Italian Bitumen imports surged 6,240% in 2018, reaching 13.6 million kilograms, up from 214,730 kilograms in 2017. Since 1999, Italian demand has grown by 110.7% per year. In 2018, Italy ranked 22nd, behind Uruguay. Egypt, Oman and Canada followed in the next three spots.
