The UK is currently in 6th place, behind Malaysia, Belgium, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago. British imports of bitumen saw an extraordinary 1,440% increase in 2018, from under 700 thousand kilograms in 2017. Since 1998, there has been an average annual increase of 33%. The UK is currently in 24th place, behind Poland, Egypt, Oman and Canada.
