China's Bitumen imports plunged 68.2% to 8.9 million kilograms in 2021, down 40.7% from 1997. The United Arab Emirates overtook China as the top importer, followed by Egypt, Oman, and Canada. Exports of Chinese Bitumen are expected to grow 0.8% annually to reach 3.7 million kilograms by 2026. China ranked 20th in 2021, surpassed by Fiji. Belgium, Canada, and Trinidad and Tobago were the next three largest exporters.
