Lithuania's bitumen exports plummeted 56.2% year on year in 2021, totaling 6,980 kilograms. This is a 8.2% decrease since 1999. El Salvador overtook Lithuania to take the 69th spot in the global ranking, while Belgium, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago respectively came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place. Meanwhile, Lithuania's bitumen imports are forecast to reach 3,970,400 kilograms by 2026, an increase of 4.4% year on year. Since 1999, Lithuania's demand has grown 48.3%. In 2021, Tanzania took the 44th spot in the global ranking, while Egypt, Oman and Canada respectively came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place.
