Azerbaijani bitumen import is set to drastically decrease by 11.9% year on year, from 436,900 kilograms in 2021 to around 216,000 kilograms by 2026. Since 2001, the demand for this product has decreased by 8.3% on average year on year. In terms of import volume, the country came in at number 79 in 2021, with Mauritius leading the pack with 436,900 kilograms. Egypt, Oman and Canada respectively followed in the ranking at numbers 2, 3 and 4.
