Denmark replaced Sweden as the 35th highest importer in 2021, with India, Germany and Iran being numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Meanwhile, Swedish polyurethane exports are expected to reach 2.7 million kilograms by 2026, up 1.1% year-on-year from the 2021 figure of 2.5 million kilograms. Since 1997, Swedish supply has risen by an average of 4.4% year-on-year. Slovakia replaced Sweden as the 34th highest exporter in 2021, with China, Italy and the United States being numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
