Maldivian Polyurethane Import is forecast to hit 7.6 million kilograms by 2026. This is an increase of 2.5% each year since 2021, when the country imported 6.5 million kilograms. However, since 2000, Maldivian demand has fallen by 20.1% annually. In 2021, the country ranked 45th in the world, with Saudi Arabia in first place at 6.5 million kilograms. India, Germany and Iran took second, third and fourth places, respectively.
