Chilean Caviar Import is set to reach 10,000 Kilograms by 2026. Demand for the delicacy has been growing steadily in Chile, having risen 14.5% year on year since 1996. In 2021, the country came in at number 63, overtaken by Senegal with 8,030 Kilograms. Japan, South Korea and the United States ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Meanwhile, Chilean Caviar Export totalled 761 Kilograms in 2021, down 15.4% from 899 Kilograms in 2020. Since 1996, supply has decreased by 27%. Chile was number 49, with Switzerland coming ahead at 761 Kilograms. China, Kazakhstan and Germany were the next three in line.
