Meanwhile, German caviar exports are expected to increase 2.6% per year on average, from 1.88 million kilograms in 2021 to 2.22 million kilograms in 2026. This would be an increase of 0.2% since 1996. In 2021, Germany was the fourth largest exporter behind Kazakhstan (1.88 million kilograms), China, Kazakhstan and Germany in that order.
