Ireland imported 11,770 kilograms of caviar in 2018 - down 11.6% from 13,310 kilograms the previous year, and 38.9% lower than 1997. Supply of Irish caviar has plummeted 76.8% since 2006. Barbados topped the 2018 list with 1,000 kilograms, followed by China, Kazakhstan and Germany.
