Slovakia's caviar imports are forecast to reach 81,000 kilograms in 2026, up 1.7% year on year on average. This follows a 35% increase since 1999. Indonesia was the top importer in 2021, followed by Japan, South Korea and the United States. Slovakia's caviar exports, meanwhile, are expected to drop 8% year on year on average to 84.54 kilograms in 2026. This follows a 20.6% decline since 2002. Lebanon was the top exporter in 2021, followed by China, Kazakhstan and Germany.
