Czech exports of caviar are predicted to soar to around 30,400 kilograms by 2026, up from 24,970 kilograms in 2021, a rise of 3.5% year-on-year. Since 1998, Czech exports have grown by almost 78%. In 2021, the country was ranked 30th in the world, with Thailand ahead of them at 24,970 kilograms. China, Kazakhstan and Germany were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Czech imports of caviar, however, are expected to drop by 1.3% year-on-year to 64,280 kilograms by 2026, down from 68,240 kilograms in 2021. Since 1998, Czech imports have increased by 9%. In 2021, the Czech Republic was ranked 36th, with Switzerland ahead of them at 68,240 kilograms. Japan, South Korea and the United States were the 2nd, 3rd and 4th largest importers respectively.
