Meanwhile, Ukrainian caviar exports are projected to increase 3.5% per year on average, from around 101 thousand kilograms in 2021 to 126 thousand kilograms by 2026. In 2021, France was the largest exporter, while Ukraine was in 22nd place. China, Kazakhstan and Germany followed in second, third and fourth place respectively. Since 2001, Ukrainian supply has risen 11.7% each year.
